Order for removal of tutor

By wjmadden Driver v Southern NSW Local Health District [2018] NSWSC 257 is a short judgment ordering the removal of a litigation tutor who had previously conducted a claim for the plaintiff.
The evidence in the application consisted of the plaintiff’s own affidavit and a medical certificate from her treating psychiatrist. The psychiatrist reported that the plaintiff’s symptoms of chronic PTSD and depression were currently in satisfactory remission.
